If you’re feeling unsure about the next steps for yourself or your family, I offer informal advice and signposting sessions where we can chat openly about your needs.
Whether in person or over Zoom, we’ll explore what might be most helpful for you—finding the right support services, addressing specific challenges, or just having someone to listen.
These sessions are relaxed and flexible, lasting anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, depending on what works best for you.
My goal is to provide a comfortable, pressure-free space where we can work together to find practical options that help you feel more confident moving forward.
