About Caroline Gregory - Art Therapist

Hello, I'm an IATE/UKCP-trained Integrative Art Psychotherapist based in Hastings. East Sussex.
I am BACP registered, I offer a safe, supportive space where children and young adults can express themselves freely. I attend regular clinical supervision and follow the BACP/UKCP code of ethics which ensures that my practice is grounded in care and professionalism.
Alongside my therapeutic qualifications, I also hold a BA Honours Degree in Fine Art, Thomas Hubl Academy of Inner Science 'Principles of Collective Trauma Healing' and SOAS certificate of Somatic Experiencing foundational skills which allows me to bring a holistic approach to all sessions. I am also a professional artist. I am currently welcoming new clients aged 7-25 for one-to-one sessions as well as parent and child sessions
My approach is client-led and rooted in creating a nurturing space to help each individual find their unique path toward healing and growth. I would love to hear from you and see how we can work together to support your child or young person.
My specialism is working with children and young adults, spanning anxiety, anger, ASC, depression, eating, LGBTQIA+, relationships, school issues, self harm, suicidal thoughts, OCD, loss and bereavement and relationship to self and others.
